"Not the best experience . When I got there I had to wait to be seated . Not a big deal , because 4 ladies left a few minutes after I arrived . But once I was finally seated , I sat in the pedicure chair for a good 15-20 with no help. My feet weren’t even soaking . They started on my hands and feet at the same time , I asked for ombré nails . I will attach my expectations vs reality. The tech who started on my acrylic nails left to go assist someone else and another tech took her place. I could tell there was an issue , because of her body language and how the other techs were looking at her and my nails . I would have just appreciated them saying they didn’t know how to do it . The ombré on each nail and hand were different , my names were bulky and not the same lengths . Not to mention , they didn’t ask if I would like anything to drink until my clear coat of my pedicure. The vine was off , and the nails weren’t the best ."
