"Not going to lie. I’ve had some hit or miss visits here doing my pedicures. Twice they’ve clipped them in ways that have caused my nails to break inwardly from mid nails on both of my big toenails. It’s frustrating because I then have to take a chunk out of my nail so it doesn’t continue to break and take off a larger portion of my nail. However my 5 star review is because I’ve had two consistent really great visits and more specifically because Kristin has done an amazing job focusing on details to get my nails EXACTLY how I want them. Yes, she’s so good that I’m not taking off any stars because of the positive experience I get with her lol. I’m so glad I finally found a good fit for me!"

"So it was my first time coming in for acrylics in YEARS! So I was a bit nervous from previous experience with nail salons in the area.The nail kitchen once really butchered my Nails and I didn’t saying anything,but I was VERY unsatisfied.Then I went to the place by Tailgaters off 1488 behind whataburger.Over all not terrible, the wait was quite long for only having a few people in front of me but it was Friday payday for many including me and it was ok because I loved how they looked. Fast forward to Tuesday I’m in the shower like normal and I hear something ting on the floor. My nail had just slid off? And at the time I lived off Rayford so I didn’t have the Time to go get them fixed so I would just keep gluing it back on lol.Then I found a pretty good regular place off Rayford,but some unexpected family matters had me moving back to this area.So when my grandpa mentioned executive nails I was skeptical but interested so I called and made an appointment for the next morning.I got there just a bit before my appointment and was seated immediately.Asked what i would like done I showed her the design a semi difficult one but she grabbed the stuff and got down to business! Someone asked if I wanted a drink or was just so hospitable.There was a bit of troubleshooting when it came to the ombré portion but she figured it out in no time at all and i walked away with a sick set of nails! Thank you so much and I WILL be back again"

"Highly disappointed! Executive Nails in Magnolia has been my go to nail salon for the last 4yrs. Not after the last customer service I received. I had been growing my nails out for the last 4 months getting them stronger and went in to have them polished with no grinding tools. It took a long explanation to have them understand what I wanted and then the nail stylist gave me an attitude and said “If you just want polish just say that.” because he didn’t understand. I figured the service that day was a fluke and went again this last Wednesday. I specifically asked them not to use the grinding tool and after much pressure from the nail stylist she talked me into the grinder for my cuticles but she ended up making my nails so thin I can’t even open packages or put my hands in my pockets without them bending. I was upset enough to stop back in and ask for a refund or something to fix the bad service. The manager came to the counter and said her nails bend too. I lost it. I won’t be back. The lack of respect and care for their customers is obvious……….. Just an update, 1 week out from them ruining my nails; they are tearing past where you would normally cut your nails. But, according to the manager her nails do this too. Now, at risk for injuries since the torn parts can catch things and I can’t cut them that far without pain. I will absolutely not be returning."
