"Not very good quality. Hard to communicate with a nail tech who doesn't know simple work related words like 'cuticle'. She had no idea how to push back cuticles with a nail drill and then cut them off. Nails were very messy when she was done. Not painted all the way. It took her several attempts to make them somewhat presentable."

"I had an unfortunately bad experience with this place. I walked in with 3 week old nails from Anvi Nails in cypress and had to get my nails done urgently. I chose this salon due to the positive reviews but I’m also a 22 year old mail tech who understands quality more than most. It took 2 people to file down the GLOB of excessive acrylic used with this new set and STILL. They are so thick, not naturally shaped and don’t fit my hands. The poor quality isn’t to be ignored and neither is the wasted $60! Almost 3 hours and this was the end result. I had cuticles cut, acrylic is still on my cuticle and this is not the salon I’d ever return to. Hopefully they get in touch with Vina from Vina nails and get their staff trained! This is unacceptable"
