"I've been going here for years. Julie has done my nails every time."
"Made an appointment almost a week in advance; for Quinn for my nails and Kay for my toes. Get there for the appointment they are busy (which is understandable); but not treated like a paying customer; ignored at first bc someone else who is very out spoken and loud showed up right AFTER me. I’m told to have a seat while; Quinn handles this other customer. After 10-15 mins of waiting, I get to start my pedicure, with Kay, then Quinn is running behind (not a big deal) about 20 mins later he showed us to start my nails but doesn’t say anything about that when he comes over for me. Finally it’s my “turn” with Quinn. The receptionist is gone to lunch, understandingly; which means (unbeknownst to me) Quinn is on phone duty. He’s late to my appointment time, which he doesn’t mention; then leaves several (4-6) times during my appointment time to take calls; which I do not complain about but he does not apologize or explain for either. Then he seems to be rushing through my appointment time; barley talks to me or engages at all unless I ask/say something to him; when he was finished he didn’t say anything to me. He rush off and say I’ll be right back and took his supplies with him. Then rushed off without saying anything else to me bc his next appointment showed up; which was obviously more important. This was my second time doing my nails and toes here and really expected to be a long term relationship but wasn’t satisfied with this last visit. So very disappointed; I’m a paying customer and was treated like I wasn’t worth Quinn’s time."
"Loved the nail boutique! We showed them a picture of what we wanted and they went above and beyond to deliver that design. They were very clean and very friendly. Our nails were beautiful at the end and we will be going back and making this our new nail spot!"
"The nail technician said “finally” when i told her my decision on the color. She was rude. I was getting a pedicure at the same time and she was making comments to me as I was trying to relax. She didn’t know how to work around the customer. I barely got my feet rubbed. They didn’t give me any sort of menu. She asked me if I wanted a deluxe pedicure and The hot towels were not hot, the hot stones were not hot either. Seriously the worst experience I’ve ever had. Completely disrespectful and the most basic place. My feet didn’t even soak in anything but water and pretty sure they use dial gold soap to clean peoples feet. No scent or aroma or relaxation. My nails look like a student did them."
"I received a $45 dollar gift certificate and was very excited to have my nails done for the first time in almost twenty years. I gave a 2 star rating because the staff was very nice and the salon was clean. The young lady who greeted me and the manicurist...personality wise were great! The issue I have is that what I had done cost so much and although they look ok they weren't great. I was originally set up to have a full set put on. Because I have naturally healthy long nails it was decided to go with a dip powder with no tips being required. I chose a color that would go with some nail tattoos I brought with me. These are a few of the issues I have. #1 They look bumpy and not smooth in spots. #2 Some nails are not filed so they look even. #3 the polish has a few runs. # 4 I understand that this technique makes your nails thicker... But, mine look chunky and #5 The decals I brought were straight across on one hand and upside down and crooked on the other. I feel bad that my boss spent that much money on nails that were just ok."
