"I had the worst experience that I have ever had at a nail salon!! I was cut badly by the nail drill, and the nail tech (Wynn) was going to act like nothing happened. I had to make her stop working so i could go wash my bleeding finger and then I had to ask for a bandaid to stop the bleeding. I didn't get a discount or a free service, nor any apology from the manger everyone acted like it hadn't happened. I would leave a negative 10 if I could the service and customer care was sooo bad. I was also in at the same time as another lady getting her nails done by (Jimmy) and she had to ask for another nail tech because he had already cut her three times and she had enough at that point. Then jimmy had the nerve to get mad at the customer for telling him to stop working on her nails and get her another tech! VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE Jimmy was talking in his native language and his body language said it all!"

"I would like to say that the guy Ken that did my daughter’s nails, did an amazing job. He took his time shaping and then did a really cute design on her nails. I loved it. I didn’t catch the lady that waxed her eye brows. I told her it was her first time and all I wanted was for her to shape them and do it naturally. It was super nice. The staff is very kind and friendly. I can’t wait to go back. I loved the experience. Thank you so much."

"I've been here 4 times so far; 3 full sets and 2 pedicures. I've had nothing but excellent experiences. The owner has been on site each time, making sure everything runs smoothly. Clean salon with a relaxing atmosphere. Prices are fair and to market. The nail techs do quality work (see details on pic captions), and I haven't felt rushed along just so they can get to another customer. My new favorite spot!"
