"From the time I walked in everyone was very friendly and I received service within minutes as a walk - in on New Year’s Eve weekend. I got a jello pedicure for the first time and David did a great job. He was very attentive and thorough and walked me through how to swoosh my feet around to enhance the experience. I also received great waxing services. I might also mention that this place is super cute and lives up to the lux name. HOWEVER, THE GEL POLISH ON MY TOES WAS CHIPPED THE NEXT DAY ON NEW YEARS EVE, THEY WERE CLOSED FOR THE HOLIDAY AND I DON’T LIVE IN THE AREA SO I COULDN’T TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE 10 DAY GUARANTEE WHICH IS WHY THEY ONLY GET 3 STARS"

"I love coming to this salon and I recommend it to everyone I know. I've been going here consistently for almost a year and their service never disappoints. This newer, bigger location is so gorgeous and the added bar area makes it feel like a one-stop shop to relax and receive wonderful nail services. Yesterday, I got the set photographed here and the tech, Eric, was so patient and really brought my ideas to life. Another tech I frequently book with is My and she is so fabulous and talented as well. The owners are so friendly and want everyone to have a great time."
