"I ordered a delivery on January 16th for today January 17th between 1-2 pm. 1st they moved the time to between 5-6 pm and then I receive a voicemail from the shipping department that the "system went down" and gave 2 options. 1st being canceling the order (you won't get funds back for about 3 weeks) or 2nd delivering the order tomorrow January 18th... I paid a 7 dollar delivery fee for TODAY... I have no food at my home and am not going to purchase groceries that I already paid for at a nearby store... I called support thru the app and wanted a credit issued for THEIR screwups and was not granted... What HORRIBLE customer service..."
"This is an ok place to shop since things are so expensive, not an ok place to work. This will be my working experience review. I was so excited because I got hired at the interview. At first it was great I was learning how things work, keep in mind I had 2 years experience of cashiering. I was getting along with most coworkers. But there was these 2 that said something slick, one said “why are you going so slow haven’t you done this before” I’ve been a CASHIER at a SHOE place not a grocery store so there for I went slower, since it was on her account so she didn’t want her number to go down. Then the other worker while I was bagging for her she said “here you go” and gave me the scanner to scan the drinks, didn’t even ask. I would have gladly did it if she asked but since she said here you go I took my time. Also another worker would always stop the belt where I couldn’t reach the products to put them in a bag, and she would do that all the time. And a manager named Ethal, she would always tell me what to do, not ask. And there was this new hire like me, he was supposed to be a cashier too, he went to go do some work videos while I was cashiering. I asked her why are you worried about me, that he hasn’t even came back yet and she told me she’s not focused on him she’s focused on me making sure I work. There was also this time I accidentally wore crocs to work because I have my Jordan’s in my car and I was in a rush so I didn’t swap shoes, and I wore sweatpants because my bad I don’t own 30 pairs of jeans, I had to put my clothes to wash and the rest of my jeans were ripped and I knew that would be a problem so I put something on that covered my legs. Then the next day Ethal is looking at me up and down instead of something more professional. I texted Sabrina (the lady who hired me) and asked her about my pay since I had experience and she told me $14.50 then when my check came it was $13.50. So I talked to a guy named Curtis and Richard (Richard is HR for that store). They said they couldn’t do nothing. So there for I texted Sabrina and she made me wait until the next Monday because she was off. Which was unprofessional. Monday came so I texted her and she told me she misinformed me that $13.50 is right and she thought she was talking to someone else when she sent $14.50. I was at work that Monday and texted her before I stayed to make sure they were going to FIX my pay. Since they weren’t going to I quit. Because that’s playing with peoples money, yes it’s only a dollar but I got bills, that dollar would add up and genuinely help out. The next day I came back and apologized and asked for my job back with Richard. Since I do have anger problems and I don’t think before I do something. So there for I went back on Tuesday and apologized asking for me to stay there and he told me the next day, Wednesday, he will let me know if they (the managers) said I can come back. Wednesday I didn’t hear anything and Thursday I went to go pick up my check and saw HR (Richard) there and since I’m not an employee I can’t go upstairs so I had a co worker to ask him about me and he said “you gone” referring to me. Which is so unprofessional to say, especially being HR. The fact that I have to find out from a coworker instead of a manager that I will not be returning is absolutely disgusting. I would always be early and Ethal made it very clear to me that I’m not allowed to do that, I’m not allowed to take the time out of my day to come to work early? That’s insane. I would always do what I was supposed to do and make sure the customer is satisfied. Curtis told me if I resign and want to come back I can if I left on good terms, I did nothing to any of them yet when I ask to return I get left in the dark. That’s what you call a toxic work environment and I’m glad I quit and glad I didn’t hear back from people who are so privileged."
"Big shout out to the floral department at my Highway 6 Kroger! We opened our Boutique “The Flawless Closet” in the same shopping center and we have depended on them for balloons. The team members there are awesome! Service with a smile. Thanks to Ingrid and her team!"
