"Went to self-checkout and the toy ran up as $9.50 however, it was labeled with a sticker displaying $7. Asked for the price to be changed and was confronted with an accusation of me changing stickers on the toy. How would I have so many Walmart stickers to change the complete section? When I asked for the manager she just walked by, refused the price change and then ignored me completely. Dead day for customer service. Walmart is awesome but your managers and employees are just horrible"

"This Missouri City Walmart has aisles that are spacious, which made navigating through the store a lot easier. The shelves were well stocked. The Store Associates definitely kept the store clean, and l did not see a lot of misplaced items everywhere. Parking was readily available."

"I came in here last week to return a record player I bought for my parents for Christmas. As it turned the turntable was warped and didn't sound right when played. When I brought it in even without a receipt the associate at the return counter asked if I bought it with a credit or debit card. I said debit card. All I had to do was swipe my card and the turntable showed up on his register. He took the product back and gave me cash. Now here comes the problem. One week later today. I bring back a Xbox game that was never opened. Still has the plastic wrapped around it. I bought a XBox S series unknowingly thinking it took the disc games. But it doesn't. So I brought this game back. This associate asked me if I wanted it to go back to my card or for a store credit. I asked for cash back. He said they don't do that. I was given almost $200 back last week for a product I didn't even have a receipt for but this man lied to my face and told me this store doesn't give cash back. This is a blatant lie to my face. I will be contacting corporate."

"It's 7:25 and they've shut down all of self check out lanes and there are lines wrapping around the store. Registers 1-16 not even being used. What's the point in having only 7 lanes open while have more than 28 closed.... it was be common sense to take 2 cashier and have them overlook several of the self checkout"
