"Tried this place for the first time and it was fantastic! Their customer service is excellent, they let me know they truly cared that I had a quality experience and asked me several times about my comfort level, water temperature, if I needed a beverage, needed to use the restroom, etc. I got a paraffin pedi and dip nails and I’m very happy with the quality! And to top it off, their prices are very fair and they are cheaper than several other places I’ve tried in New Braunfels, but the service at those other places did not compare. I highly recommend trying J Nails and Lashes!"

"Hubby and I stopped in for a pedicure. The place is under new management, Tony and Linda provided expert service. One of the best pedicures I have received. They offer a complimentary drink including adult beverages! Nancy provided superior customer service and even gave me a heated neck wrap free of charge. They also offer 10% military discount. "This witchy momma needed some self care time! I was able to book quickly with Jenny and get the best manicure and pedicure! Jenny listened to what I was thinking about getting (a full set of tips) and made an amazing recommendation of doing powder over my natural nails to help protect them and continue my goal of growing out my natural nails. Everything here is extremely clean and there is no weird salon smell I associate with getting my nails done. I 100% recommend scheduling with Jenny (or anyone else here at J Nails!) and will be back to keep up my new style!"
