"Honestly, I rate this company 0 stars. I got my hair cut here and discussed with the stylist Ariana about doing a caramel bailage she showed me pictures of work she has done and gave me instructions of stripping my hair to prep for it. I advised her that I don’t know anything about doing hair and would rely on her expertise and she stated that she would do a good job. We agreed on a price and made an appointment. On the day of the appointment, I was there nearly her entire shift and she was relying on her manager for support and she left for the day during the process. Several times when I was taken from the sink to the chair there was still bleach or dye in my hair and it was necessary to take me back to the sink to properly rinse my hair causing my shirt to be ruined. In the end my hair was completely ruined, which she blamed on the stripping and the fact that her manager left her alone, and I was charged a lot more than the agreed upon price. It was necessary for me to return the following day and she did an all over cover and promised that she would make it right by redoing it with the assistance from Olga who had agreed to do so at no charge to me. She asked me to contact her in August for the appointment to allow the hair to rest. Nearly in tears I agreed. Now that I called Ariana she is not honoring her word stating that I signed a card and I will not do business here again."
