"If i could give them 0 star or 1/2 star i would . so Friday i called to confirm my saturday appointment , hello I'm calling to confirm my appointment the lady replied by saying yes for light peel ! Right there i should have followed my gut and canceled. I made appointment for a CHEMICAL PEEL NOT A LIGHT PEEL ! . i went they came in and told me that they couldn't do my peel because my skin need to heal totally fine . they said they gave me a light peel that is not going to do a damn thing for my acne prone skin . they claim they did a facial all they did was rub on a cleanser , some cooling thing and wipe it off . they didn't even extract the pimples that were on my face . what type of facial IS THAT !!! My husband had to extract them. The experience was not pleasant either they talked over my head for about 10n minutes! She left the room while she claim i got a light peel ! Your not suppose to leave the room while a chemical is on someone face ! They were unprepared and it was chaotic , far from relaxing . oh they gave me a free mask and some samples ! I've gotten chemical peels while my skin WAS worse ! If i had known a amazon pick up location was in lubbock i would have ordered my chemical peel and did it myself. I've done it plenty of times ! Moral of the story SAVE YOUR DAMN MONEY"

"I know I have written a review before but i want to go into detail about my experience with this "medical" spa so as to warn others of the big risks they are taking. I now have huge pores on my face from a botched chemical peel that Barbara provided. After placing the chemicals on my face she left the room which even I know should not have happened. The techs are supposed to stay in the room to monitor and watch how the skin is reacting. She put two more layers of the chemical and left the room each time. She wanted to put more layers but I told her to stop because it was burning too much. She applied a soothing creme and tried to cover up the huge pores the peel left thinking i would not notice instead of admitting to her mistake and removing the leftover chemical peel. When I got home I rinsed my face immediately but the damage was already done. I had huge burns on my face and had to miss work 2 days which caused me to eventually lose my job. I went in to the spa to see what they could do for me and Barbara tried to blame me saying, "You were supposed to apply something on it," which I never had to do with my first peel. The thing that really set me off was when I called Susan the supposed owner of the spa. I explained my whole story and her tone of voice and lack of empathy showed she couldn't care less. Please, avoid this place. I wish I had but now it's too late. Now I know I should have and could have filed a lawsuit."
