"I had to cancel my card due to fraud and there was no way to update the card online or over the phone (antiquated), I was told I have to come in. I have not used the facility in months, so I have not gone in to update my card. After receiving a voicemail about a past due balance I explained to a customer service agent who rudely told me that it doesn’t matter if I did not use the facility , I have to fill out a form to cancel and I owe them for months that I never set foot in the place. They are silly, I could join a real gym for the money they asked for."
"Love your strength and conditioning classes with Lydia. None of the workouts are ever the same she is a consistently finding new and exciting routines to improve our workouts. Also, the staff is always nice and helpful."
"This facility opens at 5 and closes at 9. Has showers with hot water. Plenty of free parking and has a handicap access. Has zero depth warmup pool for kids and learners. Expert or beginner, for as long as it stays open there is always a lifeguard on duty. The membership is cheap, i got for 3 in my family for only $46 a month. This price is for swimming pool only. Its double that if you want to include the whole recreation center."
