"I love coming here! I moved to Irving a few months ago, and Jolie has become my go-to nail salon. Cindy always does a great job. Her French manicure is one of the best I’ve had to date; I even asked her to design snowflakes on two of my fingers, and they look so lovely! Prices are like everywhere else, so I can’t complain about that. The inside is clean and decor is minimalist but elegant. Will keep coming back. Disclaimer: these are my real nails. No acrylics for me."

"Acrylic fill buckled/wrinkled after drying. Went back and had them redo it and it buckled again. You can see it in the first pic. Chipping after a week. Cindy was really sweet but the products must be sub par."

"Wonderful job!! First time going to this nail salon after I went to a different one for six years, but since I moved, I'm going to start coming to this one more often. Brian and Cindy were so professional and did an amazing job. It's been almost two weeks of me having these long coffin nails and not one has chipped or cracked. My new fav nail salon!!"

"They have a new owner now so completely new staff and NOTHING like how they used to be. First, I asked for almond shaped nails, the lady who was doing my nails said “okay” but then trimmed my real nails completely short and rounded them and it was clearly too late after the first cut — I don’t wear fake nails/tips and it’s not like my nails can grow back immediately after she cut it to the wrong shape. I also asked for the color “250”, a blush pink shade but they had their next gen powders all labeled wrong so once they started the dip, I waited because I thought the pink color would show up after a couple of layers but it just stayed a nude shade. I pointed out that it wasn’t blush pink like I expected and asked for (multiple times) and the lady got upset with me for stating the wrong number yet it was them who labeled their colors wrong! I got up to grab the booklet of colors and show her what I wanted and it was clear that number “250” was a blush pink shade. She didn’t even apologize for the mix up on their end and ended up choosing the “right” shade of pink instead but after several layers of dip, it was a completely different pink compared the one I originally wanted. She didn’t clean any excess nail polish she got on my hands while working either. The entire time she was complaining to her coworkers in Vietnamese that I was so troublesome because she had to redo it. She was talking bad about me the entire time — oh and I speak fluent Vietnamese and understood everything she was saying. She just didn’t know I understood until the end when I thanked her in Vietnamese. She was so shocked and said she didn’t know I was Vietnamese. I honestly should’ve left the moment she trimmed my nails to the wrong shape but I didn’t want to be rude since she already started her work. I’ve worked in the service industry for over 7 years, I always tip 20% even if the service isn’t the best but this was the first time I didn’t tip at all. I can’t believe the owner hires staff who bad mouths their customers right in front of them. I’m super disappointed and wish I could rate them less than one star."
