"Lady with the word "bench" on her shirt on today was unprofessional . She did not care to do my nails she was just slapping on nails not filing properly . Answered the phone attending other people. I left after her encounter never coming back."

"I read the reviews before going and expected great services. I walked in and was greeted. I was also serviced very quickly. The lady was patient while I looked for my color. I can admit I was pretty indecisive. But she was patient and assisted. I was solely getting a manicure. She did my cuticles and cut THREE of my fingers. Two of the cuts were so bad that they wouldn't stop bleeding after 10 minutes of us trying. She noticed the bleeding wouldn't stop and offered to put nail glue on my finger. I declined. I was provided with an bandaid. One of my fingers bled through the bandaid. I've never had this happened. The best part of it all was they charged me!! Yes, I still had to pay for the service even with 3 bleeding fingers. She offered "50% off" but I'm a business owner and it should've been free. Safe to say I won't be returning."

"I love this cute little nail spa!! I came in to get acrylic Gel nails. The atmosphere was very nice and everything was very clean. It was also very comfortable inside. The owner was so kind and accommodating to all my nail needs. Nathan did my nails, he let me pick out some cute flowers, butterflies and at the very end, he even let me pick out some cute nail charms to add on. I ended up with such a lovely. So many of my friends and strangers who saw my nails said they were the prettiest set of nails they ever laid their eyes on!! I would recommend this nail spot!! Thank you again for the beautiful nails!!"

"They did not do a good job on my nails. These were done on Friday December 23rd. I paid $72 for the dip powder on my natural nails, length, design, "shape" and "cuticle trim." Cuticles are not done at all and it looks like I need a fill-in already. I'll have to get them redone again and its been less than a week. Will not be returning."
