"My experience at Grand Nail Salon was extremely disappointing. I visited the salon for an acrylic soak-off, but instead of proper care, the nail technician proceeded to drill off the acrylics without allowing them to actually soak in acetone, resulting in significant damage to my natural nails. As you can see all of the acrylic wasn’t even removed. It was evident that the technician lacked proper training and possibly even licensing. As a result, my natural nails are now uneven and sensitive. I would caution anyone considering this salon for nail services to proceed with caution. The lack of professionalism and disregard for proper techniques left me with a regrettable outcome."

"I loved the look of my nails when they were first done. I got them removed after 2 weeks and my nails are absolutely wrecked. It’s been almost a month now of daily nail strengthener usage and my nails have never been so bad. I’ll never go back unfortunately."

"(i went for a set of dip nails. this was my first experience ever getting my nails done, so i was unfamiliar with process and how the nails are supposed to look and feel at the end.) two stars, one for staff being friendly and accommodating, and one for cleanliness. nail tech was nice. she kept asking how it looked as far as length and shape. everything seemed to look good. a few hours after leaving the salon and looking at my nails closer, i realized that the dip application was applied unevenly on some of my nails. i’m not sure how thick the product is supposed to be on the nails, but it seems really thick. it feels and looks especially unnatural to me. a couple of the nails feel a little lumpy. the nail tech left my cuticles looking really messy and still covered in the products she was using. some of the nails were not totally covered by the top coat , leaving the sides looking matte and dull in those areas. i’ve been wanting nails for years but have been hesitant for various reasons. for this being my first time getting my nails done, im pretty disappointed. i made sure to come to this salon bc of all the good reviews. i wont be going back here."

"This was the first time I had been to this location and I am seriously impressed! The moment I walked in, I was greeted by Kenny with a smile! Everyone was very friendly which makes the experience all that much better! Utah and Angel did an incredible job on my nails and toes! I appreciated that they asked me if I liked the shape and color throughout the service to make sure I was happy with what I was paying for! I will definitely be back to!"
