So, started looking for an installer and based on all the reviews chose Floor Master for our installation. We were anxious about how the installation will come out. "Every company should have a Jorge…. We had a flooding issue and Jorge came to our rescue! Two bedrooms, hallway, living room and dining room all had to be replaced. I can’t begin to tell you how refreshing it was to work with him. Great communication. Extremely knowledgeable. An absolute professional….and his crew did a beautiful job. The flooding occurred in our Airbnb while we were on an out of state vacation. We were in panic mode! Jorge and his crew took care of everything from sending pictures of wood selections for us to choose from to removing furniture to putting everything perfectly back in place. We didn't have to end our vacation early and return to Austin because Jorge handled everything. He sent pictures during and after the installation and we are so grateful.
