"I asked for 5 gallons and was expecting 5 separate cans and the guy gave me a 5-gallon bucket. This is not what I wanted. This was for few home projects and now I have to haul this heavy bucket around with a bad back. I'm so disappointed. They should have asked me if this is what I wanted. If I could give them 0 stars, I would have gave them 0."
"They weren't helpful at all. We are building our house and we came here looking for some help and guidance. The two gentleman working were rude and short with their responses. When we were leaving the worker happily greeted a contractor walking in by first name. Why was he rude and dismissive to us? The place is a mess, with piles of mixed up color swatches scattered all over the table and most of the colors are not in the display case. Very disappointed."

"Have paid order to pick up and store is closed. Recieved email order is ready. It's 3:30pm on a Tuesday. Website says open. Store hours on door says should be open. Store is dark and locked up."
"Worse place!!! Extremely slow. Dropped off paint and was told it would be 2 hours. Almost 3 hours later and nothing was touched. There response??? I recommend you find another store. Sherwin Williams is an awesome product. Just need to work on there management for this store."
