Without question, Zach got me a brand new one (I purchased one 6 months earlier) at no cost and saved me a lot of pain. Outstanding store and great staff."

"Very Rude and unprofessional. The person who answered the phone Hung up on me for asking his name that I didn't catch the first time due to him speaking super fast and mumbling. Then when I called back he doubled down on the unprofessionalism. I will not spend my hard earned money at places that management doesn't train employees to be professional."

"Misleading pricing policy. I came in for some valve stem caps. Chose the simplest ones. The price tag read $4.99 but that was obviously wrong so I asked the gentleman at the register if the price was a dollar something. The guy said it was, rang me up (making sure I couldn't see the screen) and hustled me through payment in an annoying and condescending fashion. He handed me a receipt which read $2.49 so clearly the item was more expensive than a dollar something. The extra $0.60 isn't much but I am guessing this is indicative of the store's misleading pricing policy. Also, the cashier was quite condescending which is a typical attitude towards women in an autoparts store but doesn't make it ok."
