"I love Home Goods. I could spend a fortune in there every week."
"Their items are ok. It can be fun to look around, but thier return policy is horrible! I had a receipt for a return but because the bar code wasn't on the end of the receipt they refused the return. How horrible if they had to actually input information or crazy let you use your credit card to let you find the item being returned. What has happened to customer service?"
"I just came from this location and I really wanted to buy this item that had a piece broken off. I asked one woman that worked there if I could get it discounted and she said sure they could take off 10%. Then I waited in line for maybe 15 minutes and by the time I finally get up there to pay, the manager named Lacey said this wouldn't be possible because "nothing was wrong with it" and furthermore she didn't even believe me because she radioed everyone to ask if what I said was true and of course no one radioed her back to back me up and I couldn't find the lady who first told me that I could have that small discount."
"Horrible customer service. Tried to do a simple return from a combined TJ Maxx and Homegoods store in Corpus and the company has no way of returning the items marked TJ Maxx. This should NOT be a customer issue. Corporation should have a way to deal with these types of returns in other stores that are not combined. Customer doesn’t look at stickers to see if they say TJ Maxx or Homegoods! The manager should’ve gladly found a way to do this return, even if she had to override the SKU to make it work. Zero customer service at this store!"
"Well stocked. A bit cluttered. Found a few interesting things. Bought a few bathroom fixtures from there.,"
