"Angie at POSH FLOORS made a daunting experience so easy! Having to order and install carpeting during a pandemic isn't fun. Angie and team were 100% professional and very quick! I had found carpeting online for our home theater room and was finding it super difficult to source the carpet. Angie came out and measured the odd shaped room, ordered the carpet, arranged their installers and has done follow ups to make sure we are happy. We are VERY happy! I'm so proud of this room and the biggest impact is the authentic theater carpet. Highly recommend!"

"I normally do not take the time to write a review, but I wanted to make sure the word was out for anyone thinking of using Posh Floors in Bee Cave. I walked in the store at the beginning of my "DIY" house remodel. The owner seemed nice, professional, and trust worthy. So much so that I agreed to her $140,000 proposal. Yes, you read right! She told me the entire job would be finished in 2 weeks. I found that hard to believe, but she said no problem, so I trusted her. I am writing this review because I want you to be aware of what $140,000 at Posh Floors gets you. I don't mind paying big bucks for a job well done, but that is not what I got. Here are some words of advice if you are thinking of using this place. 1)Make sure you double check all her quantities and pricing - we were left over with so much material (that we paid twice as much as we should have for). She did take some of it back, but with 25/35% restocking fees! 2)Interview her subs before they step foot in your house! 3)Ask her what will happen if tile comes in and looks different from the sample, 4)Be prepared to spend a lot after her subs leave cleaning up their screw ups, 5)Be prepared for the owner to not acknowledge any mistake or fault her guys or she makes, and 6)Be prepared to run the job yourself. I have more specifics to share, so please see my Yelp review for more details, if you are interested. Again, I do not mind paying over for a job well done, but, be wary when you step foot in here. Price does not equate to a quality job. All is fixed now, but it's sad we had to go through so much, and wanted to warn others. All pics are of final condition we were left with before we hired our crews to fix."

From design decisions through installation, and even in answering questions once the job was complete, Angie was attentive to our every need. I would recommend Posh Floors without hesitation, and will certainly use them again when the time comes for carpet replacement, or other planned projects."
