"The work/installation is incomplete, they 1) missed the baseboard on the stairs, 2) the baseboard is not finished, 3) the door will not close, and 4) the stair finish is not as planned. I will have to remove this and get new flooring from a vendor who can give me complete finished work. A lot of enthusiasm by store staff but the outcome was not delivered as planned and paid for."
