"I can’t believe how unprofessional the lady working there was! I walked in to the store and for about 2 minutes no one was at the front desk to help me. I walked around the store to see if I could find a match to the plank I had when the lady finally came out from the back. I showed her the plank I had and asked her if she had anything just like it or that was very similar to it. My husband, who was in the car on a phone call, walked into the store and started looking around the store. She asked me if it was hardwood and I asked my husband to verify and she asked “are y’all together?” I answered “yes we are” and she asked “does he speak Spanish?” I said “no he does not” And she started laughing and said “he looks more Mexican than you do and he doesn’t speak Spanish? What kind of Mexican doesn’t speak Spanish?” I got really offended by that statement. That was so racist! The lady was speaking to me in English the entire time so it’s not like she didn’t understand me and there was a language barrier. So I don’t know why she felt the need to say that. I will NEVER be back here again!"
