"RABBIT !!! I hate to give away a secret, but if you love to cook German food.... especially Hasenpfeffer or rabbit stew... they carry it. Aisle 7, bottom shelf, buried in with game hens. They are pricey little critters... from $35 to $45 each, but that is market value these days."
"Foodland is a friendly oasis in basically a food desert. There are no major "chain" food stores within miles. Good fresh produce. Prices are very competitive. The store building is old, but well-kept and very clean. The staff are excellent. Good air conditioning. There is an ATM, Coin Max machine (cheaper than CoinStar), money order service. Plenty of parking. Lone Star Card holders can get 50% off produce purchases ($10 max)."
