"Called FF&F to get a price on carbon steel ANSI flanges. My intent was to briefly speak to someone, get their email address, & send my request. It didn't happen. FF&F may make/supply good products however I spoke to Vicky who is one of the worst O&G sales people I have ever encountered, there has been more than a few. She spent more time trying to get me off the phone than trying to sell me their products. As a Sales Manager for a manufacture of pressure control equipment it is always shocking when I call companies and this happens. Being courteous and helpful it the first thing I instruct my sales people. It goes a long way especially these days..."
