"I spent over $100,000 with this company and have had nothing but problems. Their customer service is absolutely atrocious and they will flat out tell you they do not care about your business. Reply: Your installer actually broke one of our cases. Unfortunately we did not realize it until he left. When we asked him to look at the other cases, while he had been speaking English, he switched to Spanish only and one of our Spanish speaking employee confronted him on this. At no time were we uncivil to your installer. We asked for a sales rep to come to our store and evaluate all of the broken locks on our cases that your company made. Your sales person refused. We asked if you all wanted our business and your sales guy said he did not care. Please stop lying. We had a 30 year relationship with your company and you all used to be great, but over the last 3-4 years, the service and quality are on a steady declining trajectory."

"Very poor craftsmanship and service. The shop foreman is very unprofessional and rude.......I would never recommend this company to no one as long as the people they have in management is replaced!!!!!!!!!! Never meet their own deadlines and have nothing but excuses. The problem is the shop foreman has no clue on how to manage his crew of the shop for that matter. There employees are constantly working in unsafe conditions thus contributing to delays and poor craftsmanship."
