"I’ve been a loyal customer to this place for YEARS, although that doesn’t matter to them. Since I know how busy it gets I’m courteous enough to make an appt (hoping they would honor it and be mindful of a client’s time). This day I went, I booked with Tracy. I had seen her name in some reviews and people liked her so I said why not? I won’t say what exact date I went on, but my appt was at 12:30 PM and I didn’t get seen until 12:45 PM. And while I was waiting another lady was in the waiting area and had an appt at NOON and she was still waiting. She kept going to the front desk to ask for an estimate and they told her it would be soon and that her nail tech was finishing up, by the time they called this client’s name she asked if the nail tech was ready when she got to the table or would she still have to wait? And employee told her she would be right with her and client left very frustrated and said “I needed to have been seen at my appt time not 45 minutes later!!” So after that I felt her pain and couldn’t blame her. My appt started at a littler after 12:45 and I was trying to be patient but it felt like Tracy didn’t want to be there. My nails felt rushed and there was no attention to detail, look at my nails are not filed evenly (attached). I don’t know it was a big day for me and for me to leave with that I just felt the ick."
"The friendliest, efficient nail salon in FW. I absolutely love Angel and Tracy for my dip and Daisy for gel and pedicures. They are such talented ladies. This set was done with Angel. Won’t go anywhere else. Sets below by Angel."
"I only got a pedicure this time, I’ve been here before over a year ago and didn’t like the tech . The pedicure tech was super sweet this time but missed spots on the painting part- really badly to be honest. She cut my cuticle on my big toe but knew how to make it not hurt by applying pressure on it, so it wasn’t too bad. I don’t have very bad feet but I still have rough parts on the bottoms of my feet after my pedicure. After paying $60 for the scrubbing and paraffin that’s supposed to be included- I shouldn’t have rough parts on the sides of my big toes."
"I’ll start by saying everyone is nice and I would still come back to try them again. However, next day my sister’s nails were already chipping AND in better lighting you could see her nail tech didn’t paint her nails properly. There was a mishap when we went bc we filled out our paper (drink choice and massage choice) and my nail tech didn’t read it. Caylin said to ask her next time if there’s an issue. She was really sweet. As expensive as nails are though, I feel we shouldn’t have chips or discolorations. My nails had bright orange gel and as you can see, when I hit acrylics there are areas that were not taken off properly. Also, I was filed too much on the sides or the powder for acrylics was not brushed to the edges of my nails. I feel these are things that should be down slowly and correct the first time. Again, I would still come back to give them another try."
