"Left my items very unorganized after removing the carpet in the apartment I was living in. Valuables and jewelry also missing. Tried to contact manager (Cuadra) but calls were never returned."

"This place installs defective and dirty “new” carpets. I rented an apartment from 4807 Pin Oak Park (formerly known as Estates at Bellaire). From day 1 of our move in, these “new” carpets had visible defects in the bedroom but none in the living room (we regret not pulling the carpets out and inspecting them from beneath). To make matters worse, it’s filled with so much dust it’s disgusting. I know this because we spent over two weeks vacuuming the carpets again and again. I only knew those carpets were “new” when my apartment complex decided to bill me for carpet cleaning. My advice would be not to use this company for carpet company, and second advice would be to pull the carpet off the floor if you move in to any apartment. Careful, if you don’t document any thing at point of move in, you get hit with fees when you move out. The irony is that we left the apartment cleaner than when we moved in."

"You're getting one star because I can't give zero stars. Your workmen ransacked my apartment when they were here today. They threw my belongings into the yard while they worked and threw them back in when they were done. Many of my belongings are damaged as are the appliances. Your company is a joke and the only reason you can get business is because you are no doubt the "low bid" and rely on apartment complexes that care about price more than service or quality. You should be ashamed of yourselves. I'll be going through my things for weeks trying to get everything back where it belongs and figuring out the extent of the damage your "workers" did to my things."
