"Bought a couple of ribeye steaks last night and they rang up the wrong price, wasn't the only thing had several wrong price items. Just opened them up to cook flipped one over and there was a bloody bandage stuck to the bottom. Do not buy meat here"

"This is for the curbside/pickup The managers tell their employees to leave the instacart pick up cars waiting while they service the kroger pickups that pull in after I have already been waiting. Currently been sitting here 20 minutes because other cars keep pulling up and being serviced regardless of me being here first and waiting for so long already. Frustrated and upset is an understatement. It should be assigned by the pick up time. You can't tell me kroger isn't getting a cut from instacart. Why have instacart as an option if this is how you treat the customers. I can't wait for HEB to be open."

"First, they have remodeled this store, I'm sure to compete with the HEB opening soon across the street. They have added touches as HEB does throughout the store to look like HEB, the only issue I have with that is the lack of service I got at the bakery section. I was purchasing a birthday cake and the cake “writer” had just gone home so I asked if someone else could do it or if they could get me a supervisor so I could be allowed to use what they had to write a name on the cake. The Lady just said NO and said I could go purchase what it would take to write the name and do it myself. I told her that wouldn't be an issue at HEB and she said oh well."

"I’m not typically a complainer but this was bad. To start, the bathrooms were atrocious. It looked like they hadn’t been touched in months. Rosie, my check out lady, was not friendly whatsoever. As I was putting everything onto the counter she was rushing to scan everything. Of course there’s not enough baggers so I was running back and forth (literally sweating) to try to rush and bag all my groceries. Meanwhile, she was giving me dirty looks as I was trying to bag as fast as I can. She saw me sweating and all my groceries piling up faster than I could bag them so she ended up bagging two things for me and forgot to give me one of my items! The other item she wouldn’t even hand me so I had to go around to grab myself as she just starts checking the next person out. She wouldn’t even answer me when I asked her if my alternate ID worked. Do not recommend this store. I cannot wait for HEB so I can take my business there."

"The first time I came into this Store I thought I walked into the wrong store, I saw clothes, shoes, buckets, containers of all sizes, and so much more. I turned around and asked a person behind me is this Kroger's? They said yes, I said thank you I've never been in a Kroger's like this before it's really nice. I went into the store for a gift bag and card and my husband waited in the car, when I came out he asked what took you so long? I said I've never seen a Kroger's like this, it has everything. I will definitely be coming back time and time again."
