"Hi, I was recently discriminated against on different multiple occasions at winsupply. I have worked for them for 2 weeks. I was referred there by a staffing agency. He has been working on my back since I got there. When I was brought onboard , I was told all the things the company offered, he mentioned one thing such as the company provides lunch for the workers every Tuesday in the beginning of the month. Last Tuesday March 5th 2019, was the day of the lunch. I was helping prep for the lunch getting chairs together, and as I walked out of the room. I was told that, I wasn’t invited to eat with everyone else , that the lunch was for permanent employees only. I walked off! I felt really bad that he single me out after I had been putting in a hard effort for the company. He then told me 5 mins later not to feel bad after everyone else asked me why wasn’t I eating with them. I was very disappointed by this. I felt as I was single out and discriminated against since I wasn’t allowed to eat with everyone else and hadn’t ate all day. Today March 11th 2019, I told the manager I was feeling sick and wouldn’t be able to come in to work. He gave me a option to come in or not . Later today , I was terminated for missing work. I would be happy for you all to move forward with this because I feel as the manager will continue to misuse people and mistreat them."
