"Hired this company based on personal reference neighbor received. Utility lines were clearly marked and they cut the internet line almost immediately. This is immediately following winter storms that resulted in over a week of no power, water, and plumbing repairs. I understand the issues from winter storms are not their problem but then to have internet line cut was incredibly frustrating and absolutely preventable. I recommend touring the workers through your yard upon arrival and before they begin working. Do not assume they are paying attention to marks for utilities or sprinklers. The owner’s lack of concern leads me to believe this is a regular issue for them. You should be able to pay for a service such as fence replacement and trust that the company will take caution not to cause more issues than when they started."

"Horrible customer service and a crappy installation. The fence was installed incorreclty (3-6 inch gap between bottom of fence and ground). At the time of the installation, I did not notice the area with a 6 inch gap due to large bushes. After 18 months, I did some landscaping and chopped off the bushes adjacent to the fence and saw that the fence was installed incorreclty. I spoke to Adam, then sent him pictures of the bad job. His response was "Your fence was constructed over a year ago so I will have to charge you to come and make any repairs to the fence. Any issues with the fence should have been addressed when it was installed. Let me know if you would like a quote for these repairs". I then responded "So you want to charge me to fix a crappy fence installation? I don’t think that is fair. Can you give the contact information of your manager please?" Adam's final response was "How do I know what was there before. Maybe there was mulch or bushes there maybe he lined it up with the old fence. It shouldn't have taken you 18 months to see this." My last response was "I just removed all the bushes which were covering the fence, which is why I’m now saying something about it. I wish we were having this conversation before the 12 month warranty period. Regardless, the following points are true: 1) When the fence was installed, the fact is that the it was not installed correctly 2) I should have brought this up a long time ago 3) I’m not asking for a full repair. I think it’s fair that you put boards on the first 4 or 5 sections that reach the ground. The other parts I’m okay with. Is there a way to end up with a win-win situation?" Unfortunately, he did not even bother to respond to my last email."
