The young lady at the counter was extremely knowledgeable and helped me find all the necessary parts for my DIY project. Not only that, but the tub drain assembly was more cost-effective than buying it on Amazon. I am so grateful to have found this gem of a plumbing supply company and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of plumbing supplies."

"One of my supervisors attempted to do business here. They had her email her ID and credit card information. When she called to check on the order, I literally heard the owner screaming at her on the phone telling her that her transaction was suspicious when she did everything they asked her to do. Furthermore, why are you asking consumers to send their protected information via EMAIL which is very risky and dangerous. I can only assume if I had made the call, as a white man, the owner would have not treated me the way he did her. Won't do business here. Will advise others as well."

I've been speaking to one of their employees for nearly a week, attempting to order water heaters and today, after emailing them my ID and credit card info (which is a huge breach of identity safety), the very rude Owner told me my transaction was " suspicious!" I did everything they asked me to do and they still turned down a over 20k transaction! How foolish. If you're racist, at least pretend so you can make money. Horrible business service! Will tell everyone I know."
