"I would advise against hosting a party here. The lack of communication and the staff members ruined our experience. I spent so much time and money preparing for my daughters party and the staff member was so rude and had no idea what she was doing. She was snooping around in our stuff talking on the phone about it. The parents attending the party could not believe how awful she was. Also, they never explained you had to be cleaned up by 1.5 hour party. Why would anyone ever book a party for only 1 hour or 1 hr 15 mins?! That was never explained and she just started throwing away ALL MY STUFF! It was insane. Then at the end they tried to overcharge me! She had no idea what she was doing and the worst part is I had to pay her 18% tip for being awful. It honestly was really disheartening that she ruined our party towards the end. This whole experience gave me a terrible taste in my mouth and we won’t be back. The good news is the one hour we did have the kids had fun but they were all really sad to be basically shoved out the door by this staff member. It could have been all avoided if they would have communicated better. Also the floors are disgusting. Our socks were black. Yet they are crazy about no shoes policy?"

"This place is awesome! Super clean and a lot of different areas to explore and play. We came on a weekday morning and it was not too busy which was very nice. Highly recommend visiting and we will definitely be back!"

"Very nice and clean facility… but I wish they would have put on the website that this place is better for at least 2 years and up . I brought my 16 month old , but there wasn’t anything there he could do . There’s no Soft play areas and the stairs are super dangerous for little ones, along with the stools and Lego’s . Totally fine for kids around 2-3 and up but but why are you charging $15 for 1 year olds? We had to leave after 20 minutes . Better website description would help."

"I had my daughter’s birthday party last October at this establishment and had the most horrible experience. Mid through our party the lights and so call AC was running off generator. They did not have the proper permits to be even open at the time. Tried multiple times to get hold of the owner and never answer nor return my calls and didnt even callback to apologies. So please beware of this business! Thank you for your response however it would of been better if you would of called and notify me that you did not have permanent AC/Electricity therefore my guest and myself did not have to suffer because of the heat. And also I could of search for another venue"

"We love Peek N Play Frisco! We ended up buying the 10 pass bundle because our 17 month old daughter loves playing here so much. It’s a calm, clean environment for kids to play and have so much pretend-play fun. Great place to play on a not-so-great weather day!"
