"Walked in with my family. There was a man at the desk did not greet us. Never spoke to us….. we were the only ones in the store today….. We asked if they had floor tile? The gentle stated, “ what little was left was in the back… he didn’t escort us or even point us to where “the little was”. We walked around for 15 more minutes unassisted… not one check in…. My husband came to him and asked him a question about the flooring on the floor in the back of the store… didn’t event get out if he seat to see….. and stated it’s discontinued and they didn’t have anything similar…. He had no clue which flooring we were even mentioning… never ever got out of his seat….Worst customer service experience I have ever had in the 8 years of living in Houston….."
