While my Wife and I were working with them, even though we worked with different individuals, the service was very consistent. The carpet we had picked, became discontinued a week before we were able to confirm the replacement, so they provided us other very comparable options in quality, cost, and colors. "Where do I begin... Carpet Exchange is amazing; quality and customer service is beyond what you can imagine. The workers are so considerate, polite and clean. I'm a repeat customer, they put in my ceramic wood tiles downstairs 9 years ago so of course I had to go to them when I decided to do my upstairs. They just finished the upstairs wooden floors and once again amazing service, considerate workers (Fransisco and his team) and flawless finished product; even when I threw them a curve ball and changed my shoe moulding the night before they started, they accommodated. I've included a few pictures but we asked them to leave the lighter furniture out of the room so we can paint. When they did my down stairs my rooms were returned to exactly how they were before. There are no 'buts' when it comes to Carpet Exchange's work. I have referred various friends to them. It's hard to find quality work like they do.
