"I found Floor Coverings International via HomeAdvisor. They immediately contacted me after I requested a quote for new carpet installation and provided an at home consultation shortly after. Michelle was fantastic and provided multiple carpet samples to choose from during several at home visits. We eventually decided to scrap the carpet plan and opted for luxury vinyl plank flooring to eliminate allergens in the house. I appreciate Michelle's flexibility as my wife and I went back and forth with the various flooring options. The installation crew they sent quickly and efficiently removed the old carpet from the house. What impressed me the most was the amount of prep work that they did prior to installing the vinyl flooring - a significant amount of leveling was performed (almost two days worth) to ensure proper installation. I'm not sure if other installers would have been so comprehensive. Greg kept me up to speed on the process from start to finish. During our final walk through, we noticed a mismatch in the color of the shoe molding compared with the flooring. Greg and Michelle worked to resolve this and ensured our satisfaction - they truly stand by their product! Overall, we are very satisfied with our new flooring and would use FCI again if needed. The floors look great! Both Michelle and Greg were always very professional and available to talk even on weekends."
