"Great place to buy stuff for the home but horrible people skills. I actually go there often and you would think at least one of the employees would remember my face because some of their employers are actual very knowledgeable in their department and every stop I am asking for assistance. They follow me around the entire store til I purchase and leave. It is sickening that in today's times I can not go into a store w/o being followed. You dont want my autograph, do you follow everyone. My next trip there I will have video proof of them following me around. Yall need to do better...cheers!"
"Supported this business for over 20 years and the first time I have a return due to a substandard product, they refuse to exchange or refund. What I asked for does not violate their posted return policy. They just refuse to honor my request because they won’t be able to repackage and resell an item that is damaged. It’s damaged because it’s of poor quality. They have not responded to email inquiries either. What has happened to what was once a community-centered, customer-oriented business?"

They had the circuit breaker, and were very helpful when I got there finding it and getting me checked out. Even when they were at the previous location they’ve always been kind and helpful.
