"Honestly terrible. We put in 2 orders over 10 weeks ago. I have no idea on ETA, nobody that can give any actual information answers the phone, everyone works out of the office so you can't get ahold of anyone. As of today, I have no idea if our order is even being processed. I've called several different numbers and people and can't get a straight answer or hard date, even range of possible dates, for anything. I have been given a couple of different excuses as to why nothing is being done, but never a solution and movement forward. Not sure how they stay open. I have a major government job dependent on this product and have no clue if I will actually get it."

"Worked for 3 months here as a receptionist and it was the worst experience. They made me train my own replacement because they don’t know what they are doing. Laurie expects you to know everything and be perfect. Chad the owners son sits on his behind and barely works. Bob has no idea what he’s doing and everyone is too wrapped up in drama to actually work. Do not recommend working there unless you want to be part of the drama and hostile environment"

"San Antonio Branch personnel are top notch and rally care about what's going on with the company, but the Houston Branch (where corporate is) doesn't care about their employees at other branches and is only worried about the bottom dollar. Owners will not return phone calls or text messages."
