"1. I called to see if I needed to make an appointment. I just wanted to browse their selections. I was told no, if I was only browsing but if I had EVEN ONE QUESTION that I needed to make an appointment because they are SO BUSY. 2. When I dropped in to browse, I was in the store for no less than 20 minutes. There were 3 people standing at the front counter. They chatted with each other the entire time I was in the store but no one even acknowledged my presence. Not one word. 3. I called to schedule an appointment and the girl on the phone told me she was too busy to help me and I could do it myself online. Which I did. 4. The day before my appointment I received a call stating there was a conflict at my scheduled time and could I reschedule. I said I was in from out of town so no. I was told someone would be available during my appointment time. 5. When I arrived at my scheduled time, again no acknowledgment of my presence until I approached the counter. The woman behind the counter then asked me in a rushed tone what I needed and obviously felt inconvenienced by me. They left me standing there with no instruction for 15 minutes. When someone finally came, they asked me to reschedule again and I said no. She half heartedly tried to help me find floor tile first but when she couldn’t show me a single piece of 12x24 tile in a color other than grey I decided to leave. These were the most atrocious “customer service” representatives that I have ever encountered. I needed tile for my entire home but they must be so flush with business that they don’t need someone like me. I’ve informed my builder to not use them as a vendor. There are plenty of other excellent tile companies in San Antonio where you don’t have to deal with these dregs."

"I went into the SA location today and had the best service from Angel. I cannot comprehend why there are bad reviews from people that “didn’t get greeted”. It is a simple process, I grabbed what tile I needed, asked for help up front and was treated with respect and provided quick service."

"Stopped in here today and not a single person stopped to ask if I needed help or even say hi or welcome in. Two people behind the counter didn’t look like they were doing anything, there was a guy helping a lady, he ended up grabbing the “designer” to also help him and lady but that designer actually made eye contact with me a few minutes after I came in but didn’t bother to ask if I needed help then when I had enough as I’m heading out the lady asked if I needed help? Really? I was in the store 15 minutes and not a single sole acknowledged my existence until I’m at the door to leave? Horrible customer service."
