"I just had to cancel an order for one of my projects bc they were 2 days late on a delivery. After calling to tell me for the 2nd day straight that my order would not be coming today... I asked to cancel the order and for a refund to be given for such poor service. The man on the phone (didn’t provide his name) told me he could care less about costing me money before hanging up on me. I called back and spoke to the manager who expressed his apologies but it was too little too late! No discount would have me working with this company as they don’t treat their clients as a priority nor do they work to honor their timing. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! BUY ELSEWHERE!!"
