"Exiting 281N, a BIP company truck sped up to get in front of me, nearly hitting my vehicle. I honked to make him aware of his unsafe driving and driver proceeded to flip ME off. This company is going to cause a serious if not fatal accident. These comments will be evidence for Thomas J. Henry."

"Love hearing your music loud as hell when you do a delivery to a residential neighborhood. Left the doors open bumping rap music which was above the language level for my little ones. Pretty sad that this is who they have doing deliveries. Have it on video too!!"

"Customer service is the absolute worse! Very rude lady behind counter and the first thing she said was "Do you have an appointment?" She proceeded to go upstairs and pretend she was calling the salesman. Upon returning, she quickly said he didn't have time for me and proceeded to give me his card. Why would I want his card if he doesn't have time for me? I quickly left before I lowered myself to their standard of rudeness! I am building a house and I WILL NOT be using their products! Their loss! The only reason I put ONE star is because this review doesn't allow me to continue to post without one! In reality, they do not even earn one star from me!"

"Their safety doesn't exist! Had one of their company trucks speeding in the far left lane and cut across 3 lanes of traffic just to cut back across those 3 lines back into the left lane to cut off a vehicle they were tailgating. Just cut in front of me and another truck!! If they don't care about their safety for themselves or others, in a COMPANY VEHICLE, it shows their lack of respect for anyone."

"Walked in to meet salesman and schedule an appointment. We were met by a friendly secretary who called our salesman from upstairs. The first words out of salesman's mouth upon coming downstairs were "dont you know you are suppose to make an appointment". He then proceeded to tell us he didnt have time because he was about to go to lunch. What happened to a proper introduction? Possibly get our name and number and explain the appointment process? Some people get comfortable with buisness and just throw service out the window. He didnt earn my buisness for sure!"
