"This place is terrible to unload at, they unloaded the first truck and I pulled in after he left and the guy got an attitude because I pulled without being told told to come in! I’m the only truck here and everybody has disappeared! I’d stay away from this place!"

"Truck driver: delivered a load of sheet rock here. My only complaint was the long unloading time. There was one truck ahead of me unloading and two trucks loading ahead of me. After I got my truck staged in the unloading area the process went really fast. The staff is nice and courteous."

"For being a very large facility they sure do take their time getting big rigs unloaded. (4hr wait) Instead of getting them out quickly to reduce yard traffic. Very disappointed, hopefully I wont have to unload here anytime soon."

"Edited: Tried following up with the manager Mark Greene that replied to my review. Left two messages and never heard back. ---Placed an order with Barb at Lone Star Materials. Brought in ceiling grid for them to match. She assured me it was the same items. When it arrived 3 weeks later, it did not match. Wasn't even close to be honest. When I tried to return and reorder she told me that is was a special order and they dint do returns. However, I was never informed of this prior to paying in advance. She very rude and unprofessional when on the phone with her."
