I took pictures throughout the showroom and when I got home I realized I didn’t get the SKU number for the floor tile I was leaning towards - and couldn’t recognize it on their website. I spoke with Maya, who offered I send the photo of the exact floor tile I was looking at, and she found it and was an amazing help! Above and beyond service!"

"Tonight my wife and i went in to floor and decor for the first time. I had been disheartened by the lack of assistance and or guidance we were shown at home Depot and Lowe's. We'd never been in this place so we stopped on a whim. First i was very happy to see the wide variety of options for our diy bathroom upgrade. As we wondered the store, several associates passed us without an offer of assistance even though we had questions. I was beginning to feel like this was just another home Depot... Finally, Thomas showed up and stayed with us the entire time, answered all of our questions, followed us through checkout and even went to the car with us to assist loading. We spent over a thousand dollars here tonight but we will be spending several thousands more until our upgrade is done... Thomas is a shining example of what an associate should be. He won our complete business tonight and the days to come and i would imagine anyone else receiving that kind of service would feel the same. F&D needs to hang on to this guy.. Highly recommended.."

"I have been shopping at Floor and decor since last year March 2022 when I started my home renovations, I have purchased flooring for my entire home, tile for my front entrance and patio, tiles for my restroom which was completed this year and about to finish my last project for my daughters restroom,. Everyone has always been very kind, helpful and friendly. I appreciate the great customer every single time I visit the store. When I renovated my restroom, I used the service which a representative helps you select all the pieces to go with your project . Thomas was the representative who helped me. He was very patient, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. Thank you for all you do, my home is looking like a new home without the new home price tag !"
