I spoke with Maya, who offered I send the photo of the exact floor tile I was looking at, and she found it and was an amazing help! Above and beyond service!"

"Tonight my wife and i went in to floor and decor for the first time. I had been disheartened by the lack of assistance and or guidance we were shown at home Depot and Lowe's. We'd never been in this place so we stopped on a whim. First i was very happy to see the wide variety of options for our diy bathroom upgrade. As we wondered the store, several associates passed us without an offer of assistance even though we had questions. I was beginning to feel like this was just another home Depot... Finally, Thomas showed up and stayed with us the entire time, answered all of our questions, followed us through checkout and even went to the car with us to assist loading. We spent over a thousand dollars here tonight but we will be spending several thousands more until our upgrade is done... Thomas is a shining example of what an associate should be. He won our complete business tonight and the days to come and i would imagine anyone else receiving that kind of service would feel the same. F&D needs to hang on to this guy.. Highly recommended.."
