"I was not impressed. No one knew of my appointment. They made me wait outside the fence after telling me to pull it indoor two. Two and a half hours later when they finally got me unloaded, they couldn't find my paperwork. It turned out, someone from inside the office came out to the docks and took my paperwork in the office with them. Lots of employees standing around dragging their feet."

"All drivers must check in at the receiving office on the farmost west corner of the building closest to the freeway, call the phone number on the wall inside door #200, when I called that number I only got voicemail, no one called me back, I ended up driving to the shipping docks on the opposite side of the building, contacted one of the forklift operators and he went and got the paperwork himself and got right to work loading me. By the time I signed the paperwork and left the location, no one from the office ever did call me back."
