"Went there to buy a front door, had to wait for about 10 minutes for someone to come help we the purchase and setting up installation, the only answer the guy had was (I’m new here). Tried to pay for the measure appointment, he ran my card and couldn’t print me a receipt, he called the front desk for help, then had to go to the front desk with him so the other ignorant over there tell me tgat they have to charge my card again although I should him that the charge went through the first time, wasted 40 minutes of my Sunday in this place. I will go to Lowe’s ."
