"My son and I are always in Home Depot on almost a daily basis. Me usually on the garden or fencing section and he is always doing things around the house. He said a long time ago it's his favorite store They always have everything we need and the employees are so helpful. It amazes me that as large as the store is they are able to tell me exactly where to find what you are looking for. They're definitely well trained."

"Easy pickup of my order placed online. It was my first time using online ordering here. Definitely loved someone loading the bags of dirt in my car."

"Store was actually fine, The concern was the huge amassing of "extra workers" in the parking lot, there were easily over 50 guys standing around waiving at work trucks look for day labor."

"I just returned from Lowe’s in Euless because I couldn’t find a heat lamp bulb at the Irving Blvd location. I have been at this store 3 times this week(M T W) and walked out empty handed for the 2nd time this week. You probably had the bulb in stock and a young man had called for someone to come to aisle 39 ( lighting department) . I waited for about 7 minutes. Apparently Someone was too busy to respond. Yesterday I couldn’t get pipe insulation down from your upper racks. Again, I emptied my cart of other items and left the store! I’ve been shopping at this location since 1998 and I could have gone to the north Irving location but I didn’t want to take a chance on having another bad experience so I just went to Lowe's . I parked my car at Lowe's, walked to their lighting department, was greeted by an employee who WORKED in the department who asked if I needed help. I told I’m what I was looking for and he walked two aisles away and returned with two options. I thanked him, selected my bulb, paid for it and was back in my car in less time than I wasted waiting for that SOMEONE guy who never showed up. I am so DONE with Home Depot. On a positive note I noticed a black woman yesterday helping a customer in the self checkout. She usually works in the garden department and has been there for several years. I urge you to give her a raise. She may be the only competent employee you have. Your management team has serious opportunities for improvement !"

"The reason I give this a 2 is because of the non-availability of restrooms, while I'm searching for someone to open the restroom my son soiled himself. Been going here 15 plus years. Will never return,it could be me next time."
