"A big thanks to Lisa Miller and Scott Gaulden from Simmons Flooring. My husband and I debated for months over carpet choices. Lisa had samples sent more than once. We finally made our decision and the carpet was installed. Unfortunately, the carpet that went into the primary bedroom had a manufacturing flaw. There was a small area of carpet threads that were darker than the rest..in a light, solid carpet. Lisa and Scott sprung into action and filed a claim with Shaw. In 24 hours, we were told the carpet would be replaced, and as long as we chose Shaw carpet, we could reselect, if we wanted. The selection we had made showed footprints more than we expected, so we went through the process of re-selection. Our beautiful, new carpet is now installed. Bonus, the second installer noticed that the tack strip at one of our thresholds was too far from the tile, so he replaced it before proceeding. That area has never looked better. The extra wait was well worth it. We couldn't be more pleased."
