"Perhaps if you're a contractor you'd be ok with this but they act very annoyed to deal with public. I spent thousands on fixtures here and I don't recommend them. Much better off going to Faucets com or similar. You'll get your fixtures quickly versus weeks from this place who will give you open box used looking stuff and act annoyed if you want to browse and not just take whatever they say you should choose."

"Moved to Little Elm Senior Apts. needed an ADA toilet and Moore was recommended. Called and ladies were super polite. So we drove into Denton. The young lady next to the outside wall was awesome in seeing and understanding our needs. Recommended two styles and let us pick out which one we wanted. I am 6’3” 295 and told her to take all that into consideration. Polite and super polite she is an asset to your firm. I then went to your service desk and was helped by a young man wearing an OSU orange shirt and he too was very helpful and took care of me immediately. Both are fine young folks! Retired Chef Gene"
