"If I could leave 0 stars I would. I arrived to return the rental tool and was not greeted by anyone I waited for 5 mins no one showed up no sign saying we are at lunch etc, I walked in and out of the room several times to allow the lights and bells to go off thinking someone did not see or hear them or see me. Waited for another 5 mins no one greeted me, I yelled hello is anyone here someone in the back room said we will be with you in a min, few mins went by no help I asked an employee walking down the aisle if someone could help me in tool rentals he yelled I just got off lunch I said and that is my problem how? He looked in the back room came out and said someone would be with me in a min another 5 mins go by no help. I asked another employee to help me he called someone said they tool rental employee was outside helping someone and would be with me when done. another 5 mins go by and the guy that checked me out comes around the corner and said I left lunch early to help you, I did not say anything he checked me out did not explain anything and when leaving he yelled you are welcome for leaving lunch early to help you. So unprofessional, un-called for, disrespectful, ungrateful and for someone who served our country to be treated this way...was so unspeakable...words do not describe how poorly this experience was and is."

"i’ve been a customer of Home Depot and run my business for the last 20 years. I’ve never had problems returning anything especially when it’s still packaged in the original packaging. but today they wouldn’t return a simple item for $70 because of some new policy. Even once I talk to an assistant manager, they refused to help me and said I would have to go online . I called the customer service line and got the same runaround. I would be very wary of ever buying anything else from Home Depot. They are now restricting returns."

"I love to deliver Load to home depot, every time they Unloaded on Appointment time. Also there is more space to park my truck and trailer if I'm before appointment time or After."

"I am currently renovating my bathroom, my two daughters and son went to the spray paint section to find a nice paint for the bathroom. When they returned empty handed, I asked why. They said that an employee had told them to leave because they “Weren’t going to buy it.” I was mad at that employee just because they were kids doesn’t mean they can’t test a bit of spray paint. Other than that, good quality."

"Great selection of plants and all the things you need for your garden. Grab a cart before heading to the garden section because they don't keep any over there. They have a self checkout option outside which is a huge time saver. Inside is great. The paint counter is always really fast and they help you make a selection if you don't know what kind of paint to get for a project."
