The work and customer service were both great. They were on time, courteous and the manager even came by to make sure the work was done correctly. You can tell it is a well ran business and they care about the outcome. There was even a small hiccup and they shined in this as well; stepping up and covering the expense. To me, the true values of a company come out when there is a problem and they did not disappoint/went above and beyond. I would 100% trust them if you are trying to decide who to use!"

"**update**The company did come out and remove the grout that was cracking and replaced it with caulk. They were also willing to install a new floor and discount it about 30% which was a very nice gesture. I decided to not proceed with a new floor and they then offered to refund me some money due to the damage. In the end I can say that I am overall happy with the project and that once we got a few wrinkles ironed out things turned out nice. I do appreciate the good communication they demonstrated throughout the process. **update** The backsplash installers used grout along the tile to counter joint. I didn't notice grout was used vs caulk until multiple cracks began to appear. Price was competitive. However, the backsplash installers did damage my floor when they moved the stove back against the wall."

We had new carpet and wood flooring installed throughout the house and the work was done quickly and looks fantastic. We also had 2 bathrooms remodeled and couldn't be happier with the work.
