"**update**The company did come out and remove the grout that was cracking and replaced it with caulk. They were also willing to install a new floor and discount it about 30% which was a very nice gesture. I decided to not proceed with a new floor and they then offered to refund me some money due to the damage. In the end I can say that I am overall happy with the project and that once we got a few wrinkles ironed out things turned out nice. I do appreciate the good communication they demonstrated throughout the process. **update** The backsplash installers used grout along the tile to counter joint. I didn't notice grout was used vs caulk until multiple cracks began to appear. Price was competitive. However, the backsplash installers did damage my floor when they moved the stove back against the wall."
