"I had purchased expensive hardware for a kitchen remodel for our Parkhill house six years ago. The kitchen faucet malfunctioned so I called Pierce to help. I was told they only have records that go back 3 years. I was wanting customer service, however the young lady answering the phone was disinclined to give it. She told me to deal with the manufacturer because Pierce would charge me even if under warranty. Pierce I had thought, was an higher end store who cared about their customers. Sadly, not so."
